Dahlier Studio is a Windows program you buy once for ten euros. This page is the deal between you and me, the person who makes it. Buying it means you are fine with what is written here.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Dahlier Studio for yourself or your business. You can make as many tours as you like and sell them, host them, or hand them to clients. The tours you export are yours, full stop.
What you should not do
Please do not pass the installer or your licence key around, resell the app itself, or pull it apart to make a competing copy. It is one person's work at a very small price. That only works if people do not redistribute it.
The AI helper
The optional assistant runs on your own Anthropic API key. What it costs and how you use it is between you and Anthropic, under their terms. Everything else in the app runs offline on your machine.
Refund
If it is not for you, email me inside 30 days of buying and I refund you. No form, no argument. Just send a note to hello@dandelier.ai.
No promises I cannot keep
The app is sold as it is. I test it and I fix what breaks, but I cannot promise it handles every camera, every photo, and every computer perfectly. If something goes wrong, tell me and I will try to help. I am not liable for lost work, so keep your original photos safe, the way you would with any tool.
Changes
If these terms ever change, the date at the top changes with them. Your ten-euro purchase is not going to turn into a subscription later. That is a promise I am happy to put in writing.
